To configure your company email account in Microsoft Outlook, follow these steps:

Step 1: Open Outlook

Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

Step 2: Add an account

1. Click on the "File" tab at the top left of the screen.
2. Click on the "Add Account" button.
3. Select "Manual setup or additional server types" and click "Next".
4. Select "POP or IMAP" and click "Next".

Step 3: Enter your email account information

1. Enter your name and full email address.
2. Select "POP" as the account type.
3. Enter "one-dom2.com" as both the incoming and outgoing mail server.
4. Enter your email address as the user name.
5. Enter your email password.

Step 4: Test your account settings

1. Click on the "Test Account Settings" button.
2. If everything is working correctly, you should see a message that says "Congratulations! All tests completed successfully".
